Device (IPAD) insurance can now be paid through SchoolPay

Please visit the link above to pay for your 26-27 Device insurance, which will be student-issued iPads for 2026-2027. When you get to the school pay page, look for the Student Device Repair and Replacement Program 2026-2027.

You can also pay in cash by going to the library, during advisory only, and seeing Mr. Sosa. He will accept cash and provide a receipt. More information and details will be included in our weekly newsletters starting next week. 

 

NOTE: You should still have an active account if you used SchoolPay to pay for Chromebook insurance in 2025-2026.

 

If you did not use SchoolPay last year, you need your student ID number to create an account and pay for Chromebook Insurance. The online payment system pulls information from Focus, so your amount due will be accurate when you sign up for the SchoolPay system. Students who do not pay for Device insurance will be responsible for the entire cost of lost or damaged iPad. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact cassie.stegall@risd.org.

 

NOTE: FOCUS has completely rolled over to 25-26, so all returning RISD students should be visible in SchoolPay.
