RHS EagleLink Submission Guidelines
1. Articles must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday morning for inclusion in Sunday’s eNews.
2. Include Title of your announcement with date/duration to be included in EagleLink within the Email Subject Line. Duration of inclusion may be subject to overall space needs of a given issue.
3. Provide a short description about the announcement to be included with your image.
4. Images should be in either .jpg, .png, or .gif format.
5. If you are sending a PDF flyer, please also send a logo/header type image in .jpg, .png or .gif format that does not have a lot of text to be used for your announcement. The PDF file will be linked within the announcement in the eNews.
6. If you have multiple articles please email them separately.
7. Please submit articles exactly as you wish them to appear in the EagleLink.
