EagleLink Submission Guidelines

1.  Email articles and graphics to EagleLink chair Marlina Davis at eaglelink@rhspta.org by Thursday night for inclusion in Sunday’s eNews.

2.  Include title of your announcement with date/duration to be included in EagleLink within the Email Subject Line. 

3. Provide a short announcement about your event or activity to help the community understand what it is about.

4. If available, provide a graphic or photo in .jpg or .png format. This image will be used to introduce your event or activity in the newsletter.

5. If you are sending a PDF flyer, please provide a link to a website where people can go for more information, if possible.

6. If your graphic/flyer includes a QR code, please also include a web link for the content.

7.  If you have multiple articles please email them separately.

*Duration of content inclusion may be subject to overall space needs of a given issue, subject to the editor's discretion.
