Submit your social media announcements
RHS PTA will gladly share your school-related announcements on our social media pages. If your announcement is time sensitive, please make note of that in the email subject.
1. Please provide a social media friendly graphic when possible, preferably at least 1080 pixels square in .jpg or .png format.
2. We are not able to upload pdfs to our social media platforms. If you’d like to share a PDF flyer, please provide a link to a website where it is already uploaded. This helps direct people to this information on your source (your website, for example).
3. Please provide a short announcement about your event or activity to help the community understand what it is about. We may edit your submission to comply with applicable social media policies and practices; however, we do our best to maintain the integrity of your original announcement.
4. Have a favorite hashtag you'd like us to include? Tell us!
5. Share the link to your social media page(s) so we can tag you in the post.
